Impact: Expanded the offering to include community sentiment and grid capacity considerations. This tripled the new monthly average contract value (ACV), and helped fight competitive momentum.

PM 2 - Fix Amazon Rating:
IoT business selling hardware on Amazon.
The existing product had a 2.3 star rating on Amazon.
Impact: Implemented an NPS feedback system to prioritize improvement efforts. Drove NPS from -30 to positive 40s and Amazon Star rating to 4.6

PM 3 - Open new market:
Hardware-enabled SaaS business, between $1 and $2m ARR.
The existing product alerted remote property managers to loud noises. To reduce the risk of upsetting neighbors and being de-listed.
